When asked, “What got you interested in bodybuilding”, Moji says, “the movie Pumping Iron!” Now that he has been in this sport for over 11 years, he cannot imagine life without it. Moji competes twice a year but stays near competition ready throughout the year. Moji has been lifting weights for 22 years and competed in the 1994 Commonwealth game at which he won 2 gold and one bronze medal and the 1996 Atlanta Olympics in weightlifting.
Moji’s must-do exercises are squats! His typical routine consists of: Monday - back and shoulders; Tuesday - quads; Wednesday - chest and traps; Thursday - hamstrings and calves; and Friday - biceps and triceps; taking the weekends off to play golf.
Moji recommends the sport to everyone who is looking for a healthy mind and body experience as he believes in and promotes natural bodybuilding and staying healthy and fit all year round.
Short-tem goals for Moji include: Training for the Nationals and the USA!
