When asked, “What got you interested in bodybuilding”, Moji says, “the movie Pumping
Iron!” Now that he has been in this sport for over 13 years, he cannot imagine life
without it. Moji competes twice a year but stays near competition ready throughout
the year. Moji has been lifting weights for 24 years. He was a gold medalist in
the 1994 Commonwealth games and competed at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics in weightlifting.

and shoulders; Tuesday - quads; Wednesday - chest and traps; Thursday - hamstrings
and calves; and Friday - biceps and triceps; taking the weekends off to play golf.
